🐳 Submitting a ticket is used for the following purposes:

• Username changes.

• Bug reports.

• Voiding.

• Characters, currency, items, or awards that you previously owned but are not in your account.

• Value appraisals and updates.

• Moving purchased blank/unused trait upgrades to a different masterlist entry.

• Reverting a design to its Legacy Version (please note that we do not allow reverts that uses old gen traits, and that if there are any trait upgrades from the active deisgn, it will turn into blank same-rarity traits).

• User reports (art theft, harassment, scams, and the like).
