🌺 Help Tickets allows a user to submit a request that admins will note and resolve when possible.

SUBMISSION GUIDE

🌺 Submitting a TICKET is used for the following purposes:

  • Username changes.

  • Bug reports.

  • Voiding.

  • Characters, currency, items, or awards that you previously owned but are not in your account.

  • Value appraisals and updates.

  • Moving purchased blank/unused trait upgrades to a different masterlist entry.

  • Reverting a design to its Legacy Version (please note that we do not allow reverts that uses old gen traits, and that if there are any trait upgrades from the active deisgn, it will turn into blank same-rarity traits).

  • User reports (art theft, harassment, scams, and the like).

🌺 If you are reporting a bug, please turn on the bug switch and include the URL, how the bug was made (step by step procedure to replicate it), and screenshots if possible.

 

KNOWN BUGS

🌺 [CSS] -- Fix unreadable areas in Lightmode: Random, Dashboard, Credit Links, and more. Moving forward, create a warm and cold CSS variant.

🌺 [Duplicates] -- Some menus duplicate in a few pages, needs to be tidied up. Sometimes the footer moves to the side in some places.

🌺 [Masterlist] -- When flipping through image tabs, the pink box disappears.

🌺 [Traits] -- When using the search index, duplicates may potentially show up. This is only an interface glitch, but only one version of that trait and its URL exists.

🌺 [Notifications: Links] -- When accepting a new character relationship linking request, the notification stays in your inbox even after hitting X. This can be remedied by the CLEAR ALL button.

🌺 [Unfixed Extensions] -- Market Listing and Forums is still being worked on.

🌺 [Liked Comments] -- This page found through the profile menu leads to a 404, but you should still be able to like and feature other users' comments.
